Remmington Charles Hayes Battle Creek, Michigan Obituary

Remmington Charles Hayes

Our beloved Remmington unexpectedly but peacefully passed away at home in his daddy’s arms on October 23, 2020. Remmington was born on July 20th, 2020, three weeks early, to Scott and Amanda Hayes. Remmi was the most beautiful baby boy with the bluest eyes and the sweetest smile. Remmington’s' life may have been only three short months but those three months were the greatest ever. He knew nothing but love and warmth. He always wanted to cuddle and be held, until he wanted his bottle or his butt changed. Remmi brought joy and happiness to everyone who had the honor of knowing him. Remmington is survived by his parents, Scott and Amanda Hayes of Battle Creek, Michigan and an amazing big sister, Annalee Rose Hayes. Annalee loved Remmi so much. She would always give him his paci and give him a kiss. Remmi also has Grandma and Grandpa Rick and Patsy Pancost of Richland, Michigan; Uncle Josh Pancost and Uncle Matt Pancost of Richland, Michigan. Remmington had so many people in his life, including Uncle Eugene Jackson, Uncle Wesley Boland. Remmington is preceded in death by Grandpa and Grandma Charles and Debbie Hayes of Kalamazoo, Michigan. We truly believe in the gift of life. Remmi was able to save another little baby by donating his heart valve, that baby lives on because of Remmi. We believe that is Remmi's legacy. He will always be a part of us and there will also always be a piece of our family missing. Remmi was so loved. He will be forever missed and never forgotten. A celebration of his life will be Wednesday October 28, 2020 at 1:00pm at Baxter Funeral & Cremation, 375 W. Dickman Road. Please wear an article of any shade of blue (if possible). Please consider a donation to Michigan Gift of Life in honor of Remmi. We love you to the moon and back baby boy.
