Gary Eugene Yates, age 62 of Morgantown, Kentucky passed away Monday, October 26, 2020 at his home. He was a Logan County native born July 16, 1958 to the late Edward Kenneth Yates and Edith Pauline Keeton Markham. He was a mechanic for Greg Gary Trucking and was of the Methodist faith. He is survived by: 1 Son ~ Allen Dalton Yates ~ Morgantown, KY 2 Sisters ~ Vicki Davis ~ Russellville, KY Stacy Markham ~ Fairbanks, AL Several Special Uncles The family of Gary Eugene Yates has chosen cremation and there will be no services at this time. Summers and Son Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Memorial donations may be made to Summers and Son Funeral Home to help with expenses.
