<p>It is with deep sadness, the family of Elizabeth Barriault, (Meahan), announce her passing on October 25, 2020, at the Saint John Regional Hospital.&nbsp; Born in Saint John, NB, on December 28, 1951, she was the daughter of the late Gerald and Olive (Black) Meahan.</p> <p>Elizabeth (Betty), is survived by her loving children, Lisa Barriault, (Chad Huffman), of Chatham Ontario and Brian Barriault (Sheila BeBonang) of Vegreville, Alberta; her precious grandchildren Ally and Ashton Roy, and Alivia Huffman; two sisters Carol Bourque (Felix), Lana LeBlanc (Abel); two brothers Brian (Kathy) and Knoll Meahan; her companion Richard McLellan. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her brother Ronald Meahan.</p> <p>Betty, an amazing mother, grandmother and friend, was an inspiration for anyone who took notice, the way she cared for anyone in need. This passion was demonstrated every day during her career as a home care provider.</p> <p>The family wishes to thank all of those in the hospital&rsquo;s SICU, who cared for Betty during her illness.</p> <p>As per Betty&rsquo;s wish, there will be no formal service. Donations if you wish, may be made to the donor&rsquo;s choice.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>

It is with deep sadness, the family of Elizabeth Barriault, (Meahan), announce her passing on October 25, 2020, at the Saint John Regional Hospital.  Born in Saint John, NB, on December 28, 1951, she was the daughter of the late Gerald and Olive (Black) Meahan.

Elizabeth (Betty), is survived by her loving children, Lisa Barriault, (Chad Huffman), of Chatham Ontario and Brian Barriault (Sheila BeBonang) of Vegreville, Alberta; her precious grandchildren Ally and Ashton Roy, and Alivia Huffman; two sisters Carol Bourque (Felix), Lana LeBlanc (Abel); two brothers Brian (Kathy) and Knoll Meahan; her companion Richard McLellan.
