Michael Dewayne Lueallen, 44, passed away on October 26, 2020. Mike was born on June 26, 1976 in Arkansas. Mike was an athlete, a football star at Harrisburg High School and went on to play college football until he had a knee injury. Mike majored in Ph. Ed., minored in Health, and had a Master’s in Administrative Education. His teaching career was almost 20 years and he was presently employed by Union County Public Schools. Mike was engaged to marry Debbie Voit. They were in a relationship for 4 years. She fell in love with him because of his great sense of humor and beautiful blue eyes. Mike and his beloved son, Vince, loved Star Wars and spent time together to watch all the movies on opening night. Mike became a Christian at Baptist Camp as a teenager. His is at peace with the Lord. A memorial service to celebrate Mike’s life will be held 4:00 PMthis Saturday, October 31, 2020 at Spirit of Joy Lutheran Church, 8600 Potter Road, Weddington NC, 28104. Mike is survived by his fiancé, Debbie Voit; son, Vincent Thomas; mother, Donna Deloach of Arkansas and brothers, Ricky Lueallen and Clint Deloach and nieces and nephews. Holland Funeral Service & Crematory is honored to care for the Lueallen Family. He was preceded in death by his younger brother, Scotty; and his loving grandmother whom he called, Webb.
