Lynn and I first met at Wabash Valley College and later became roommates at SIU. He was a best and true friend. After I moved away from the area, we lost touch over the years, but always texted each other during Christmas and birthdays. My deepest condolences.

Lynn was a great guy with a great attitude. I grew up a field away from his house. We reconnected again about 6 years ago when he called me to wish me Happy Birthday -- he was the only one who remembered because we had just moved. I wish we had talked more...

Lynn will be greatly missed by all of IDOT D7! He was a great co-worker that I considered a friend. He was always cheerful and joking. He not only helped us with our computer issues, he always asked how we were doing and about our family.
