Ruby I. Lemay Liverett, 91 of Athens, passed away on Thursday, October 22, 2020 at her son’s residence. Mrs. Liverett was born August 18, 1929 to Floyd Lemay and Lula Jane Smith Lemay. Funeral services for Mrs. Liverett will be held on Sunday, October 25, 2020 at 2:30 p.m. at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home with Waylon Hill and Larry Trotter officiating. Visitation will be on Sunday from 1:00 until 2:30 p.m. prior to the service. Burial will be in Civitan Cemetery in Rogersville, AL. She was a member of First Church of God in Athens. She retired from Limestone Health Facility. She is survived by her children, Sandra Thigpen (Johnny), Gary Liverett (Phyllis), Gerald Liverett (Sheila) and Jennifer Rudloff (Eddie); 11 grandchildren; 28 great grandchildren; 4 great-great grandchildren; brother, Byron Lemay; sister, Doris Lynn. Preceded in death by her husband, Cordell Liverett; sister, Linda Urban; brother, Neal Lemay.
