Everyone that knew her knew that she loved her family and she was surrounded by them at the time of her death. Caroline was born March 21, 1927 to Charles Z. Flack and Blanche T. Flack of Forest City. She was a graduate of Cool Springs High School in Forest City and the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family:georgia,serif;">C</span></span><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:georgia,serif;">aroline was a long time and faithful member of the First Presbyterian Church and was preceded in death by her husband Paul Thomas Baynard in 2008. She was also preceded in death by her brother Charles Z. Flack, Jr. as well as her grandson Brett Thomas Lamb.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family:georgia,serif;">S</span></span><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:georgia,serif;">urvivors include her daughter, Carol Baynard Lamb and husband Tom of Forest City; son, Paul Thomas Baynard, Jr (Pete) and wife Debbie Butler Baynard of Charlotte; a sister, Ann Bosman of Wilmington; and grandchildren, Meghan Lamb of Forest City; Cameron Baynard and wife Tiffany of Charlotte; and Devon B. Moran and husband Mike of Charlotte.
