Lana Posey Strunk, age 52, departed this life on Thursday, October 22, 2020, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN. Born April 21, 1968, she was the daughter of Landis Posey and Dixie Posey. She is preceded in death by a brother Steve Posey. Besides her parents, survivors include her sons, Dylan Shane Strunk and Steven Tanner Strunk; two grandchildren, Brentley Michael Strunk and Emmailiah Stephanie Strunk; one brother, Stacy Posey; as well as many other relatives and friends. The family’s wishes were cremation. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 7, 2020 at the Oneida City Park. Four Oaks Funeral Home of Oneida has been entrusted with final arrangements for Lana Posey Strunk.
