Mary Campbell, Merrill, Michigan Formerly of Hemlock, Michigan Mary passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, October 20, 2020, following a long battle with lung cancer. She was 69 years of age. Mary was born on September 21, 1951 to Harold and Marion (Evans) Schornick in Saginaw. She was a graduate of Hemlock High School, class of 1970. On May 5, 1972 she married David Campbell in Merrill; they have spent 48 years together. Mary spent most of her free time crafting. She worked at Bea’s Ceramics in Midland for about five years. She also enjoyed gardening, both flowers and foods. She had a special love for her Christmas cactus plants. Mary was an animal lover, she cherished her pets and gave them special attention. She is survived by her husband David Campbell, her mother Marion Schornick and her siblings Ann Schornick, Bill Schornick, Barb Scherzer, Kathy Boden, David Schornick, and Mike Schornick. Mary was predeceased by her son James Campbell, her father Harold Schornick and her brother John Schornick. Honoring her wishes, cremation has taken place.
