Irma immigrated to Winnipeg, Manitoba from Germany in 1956. For the summer work took Irma to Iron Creek, Yukon. In the fall Irma moved to Edmonton. In 1959 Irma married Robert Lueck. They purchased a farm near Millet and lived there until Robert’s passing in 2011. In 2012 Irma moved to Wetaskiwin. Irma is survived by her son Dale of Millet; daughter, Irene of Ponoka; sister, Romalda Hasse of Germany, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Irma was predeceased by her husband Robert; infant daughter, Rolinda; parents, Ludwig and Otillia Golke; one brother and four sisters. A private service is going to be held this Friday, October 23, 2020 with interment to follow at Crooked Lake Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Robert & Irma Lueck Family Fund that supports charities important to Irma:  https://www.ecfoundation.org/funds/lueck-irma/ or to the charity of one’s choice.
