From Holyrood, NL<br> Walsh, William Francis July 17, 1940 - April 28, 2020 It is with great sadness we announce the passing of a devoted and loving husband and father on Tuesday April 28, 2020 at the age of 79 years. Predeceased by his wife Elaine in 2019, parents; Patrick and Maude, and brothers; Walter, Patrick, Jack, Dennis and Fred. Left with fond and loving memories are his: children; Michelle (Sean), Martina (Shawn), Wenddell (Jennifer), brother Mike in Stephenville, cousins, in-laws, nieces, nephews and a large circle of extended family and friends. Resting at Dunphy's Funeral Home, Holyrood. Due to Covid19 restrictions, there will be a small private family viewing in Holyrood, followed by a Christian Burial at Sts. Peter & Paul Cemetery Chapel's Cove, for immediate family. Donations in his memory may be made to the Holy Cross Church in Holyrood or the Sts. Peter & Paul Cemetery Fund, Chapels Cove. "In such unprecedented times there is comfort in knowing Mom and Dad are reunited to dance again. They were loved dearly and will be missed immensely.
