Shelby Womack Joyce of Danville, Virginia, passed away on October 16, 2020, at the age of 83. She was born on March 23, 1937, to the late Ann Wiles and the late Johnie Womack in Pittsylvania County, Virginia. She was predeceased by her husband Ralph H. Joyce. Shelby is survived by her sons Johnie Joyce (Lisa) and Ralph Joyce (Terry), her grandsons Johnie Joyce II and Joshua Joyce, her foster granddaughter Norma Jean James, and one foster great grandchild. A private graveside service will be held at Highland Burial Park with Reverend Johnie Joyce II officiating.
