Kathy Walters Duncan Westminster- Kathy Walters Duncan, 66, wife of Keith Lewis Duncan, passed away October 17, 2020 at her residence, surrounded by her loving and caring family. Born in Anderson, SC, she was the daughter of the late Louie Burton and Katherine Hembree Walters. Kathy worked as a medical assistant and lab technician at Seneca Medical Associates, and was the former owner and operator of the Uniform Shop. Kathy was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, was also known as a mother to the West Oak wrestling team, and a member of Westminster Wesleyan Church. Kathy was known for her humor, her smile and her laugh that will never be forgotten. In addition to her husband, Keith Lewis Duncan, of 48 years, Kathy is survived by her sons, Adam Duncan (Rachel Munise) of Seneca, Jarrod Duncan (Virginia “Ginny”) of Westminster, Lee Duncan (Christine Clark) of New Jersey; two grandchildren, who were the love of her life, Emily Duncan and Austin Duncan. A Graveside Service will be held 3:00 pm, Monday, October 19th, 2020 at First Baptist Memorial Park. The family will be receiving friends from 11:00am – 2:00pm, Monday, October 19th, 2020 at Sandifer Funeral Home. The family is at their respective homes.
