YAX, William Duane "Bill" - Age 52, of Swartz Creek, died Thursday, October 15, 2020. Arragements provided by Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Road, Swartz Creek. William was born January 26, 1968 in Flint, the son of William and Donna Yax. Bill enjoyed hunting and fishing and spending time with his friends and family. He was a Registered Nurse in the trauma unit for Hurley Medical Center retiring in 2013, he enjoyed his job very much and had many close friends in the trauma unit. He is survived by his companion of 28 years Marcie Campbell, daughter Jera'e Campbell, parents, William and Donna Yax, and brother James Yax. Special thanks to Aunt Jenice Meshraky, and friend Sharron Campbell. Also a very special thanks to Hurley for their amazing care. A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
