Marlinda Jake, age 51, beloved mother, grandmother, daughter, and sister, passed away peacefully, Friday, October 9, 2020. She was born in Gallup, NM. Marlinda enjoyed sand painting, cooking, and watching the Broncos play.

She was preceded in death by her father, Lester Jake.

Marlinda is survived by her loving children, Cornelia Anderson, Miranda, Joshua, Katana, and Ezekiel Williams; and three grandchildren.  Also surviving are her mother, Salina Jake; her siblings, Halinda Yazzie and husband Jones, Rydell Jake, Vera Jake, Allen Jake and wife Rosita, Valerie Jake, and Bob Jake; and other numerous relatives and friends. Marlinda will be greatly missed by her loving family and by those whose lives she touched.

Graveside Services will be conducted Friday, October 16, 2020 at 3:00 pm at Sandia Memory Gardens, 9500 San Pedro NE, Albuquerque. Casket Bearers will be Tomas Martinez, Leroy Aguilar, James Morones, Aaron Trujillo, Michael Ramos, and Bob Jake.
