Mary Ann Sims

Mary Ann Sims, 83, of Piggott, Arkansas, passed away October 14, 2020, at St. Bernard's Medical Center in Jonesboro, Arkansas. She was born on March 17, 1937, in Crockett, Arkansas, and was the daughter of Willard and Cleo Tillman. Mary Ann was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Charles Tillman. Survivors include her husband, Henry Earl Sims of Piggott, Arkansas; children, David Sims and wife Leisa of Lawtey, Florida ,Scott Sims and wife Rhonda of Piggott, Arkansas, and Kelly Sims of St. Augustine, Florida; grandchildren, Amber (Ryan) Zivitski of Ormondo Beach, Florida, Lori (Brandon) Clark of Paragould, Arkansas, Katelyn Sims of Lawtey, Florida, Paige (Ian) Hay of St. Augustine, Florida; four great-grandchildren; sisters, Charlene Reagan of Campbell, Missouri, and Bernice Johns of Bakersfield, California; and many other relatives and friends. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, October 17, 2020, at 11:00 a.m. at the Hoggard & Sons Funeral Home in Piggott, Arkansas, with Bro. Kevin Murray officiating. Burial is in Piggott Cemetery in Piggott, Arkansas. Pallbearers will be Jackie Tanner, Brandon Clark, Mike Parham, Robert Dement, Brian Haley, Aaron Sisson, and Greg Gwinn. Hoggard & Sons Funeral Home of Piggott, Arkansas, is in charge of the arrangements. Visitation is Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home.
