Juan Manuel Vasquez Jr., 51, passed away on October 14, 2020 in Laredo, Texas.

He is preceded in death by his father, Juan Vasquez Sr.

Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Lucy Cisneros; daughters & sons: Ilian Vasquez, Esteban de La Fuente, Cathicia Vasquez & Marissa Vasquez,  mother, Rosa Pardo; siblings: Maria Amelia Vasquez, Maria de Jesus Martinez, Ana Laura Vasquez & Juan (Maria) Vasquez, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

A visitation will be held Tuesday, October 20, 2020, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Gamez and Sons Funeral Home & Cremation Services where a rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. 

In accordance with city ordinance, the number of visitors will be limited to 50 percent occupancy capacity (90 people) at a time. Please feel free to wait in your vehicle for a turn. Similar or more stringent guidelines are likely applicable at the church and cemetery.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, October 21, 2020, from the funeral home to Santa Margarita Catholic Church where a funeral mass will be celebrated at 9:00 a.m. Funeral home opens at 7:00 a.m. and a procession departs at 8:30 a.m. Interment will follow immediately at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be: Shonte Castillo, Ilian Vasquez, Benito Garza, David Martinez, Ricardo J. Martinez, Denis, Juan Vasquez, and Kristen Contreras.

Funeral services are under the arrangement of Gamez & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services, 1029 Bob Bullock Loop, Laredo, Texas 78043.
