Bruce A. Harper Obituary

Bruce A. Harper, 57, of Moselle, passed away on Wednesday, October 14, 2020 at his home. A visitation will be held at the Petal Chapel of Moore Funeral Home on Sunday, October 18, 2020 from 1:30 p.m. until 3 p.m. with the service to immediately follow. Burial will be in Jackson Cemetery. Mr. Harper was a member of Glendale Baptist Church. He worked as a mechanic for AAA Ambulance. When he wasn’t working, he still found a way to put his work ethic into his free time. He enjoyed yard work and his motorcycle, and when he did rest, he did so in his recliner. He loved spending time and playing with his grandkids. He was preceded in death by his parents, Artis and Catherine Harper, Sr. He is survived by his wife, Salina Harper of Moselle; three sons, Joshua (Meco Brown) Harper of Biloxi, Johnathan (Kristen) Harper of Moselle, and Jacob Harper of Moselle; his grandchildren, Emma Harper, Artis Harper, and Miley Harper; his siblings, Judy (Tommy) Delia of Hattiesburg, Gerald (Debbie) Harper, Jr. of Sanford, and Suzanne (James) McKay of Hattiesburg; his mother-in-law, Charlene Buckalew of Moselle; and numerous nieces and nephews.
