<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;<span style="font-size:24px;"><span style="font-family:comic sans ms,arial;">&nbsp;&nbsp; EUNICE~It is with heavy hearts that the family of Virginia Miller announces her passing on Wednesday, October 14, 2020 at the Acadia Extended Care in Crowley at the age of 91. A Celebration of the life of Virginia will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, October 17, 2020 at Ardoin&rsquo;s Funeral Home in Eunice. Burial will follow in the Mt. Calvary Cemetery with Deacon Gary Gaudin officiating.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:24px;"><span style="font-family:comic sans ms,arial;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; She was a homemaker and devoted her life to the care of her family. She enjoyed sewing, playing baseball with her children, decorating for the St. Ed&rsquo;s homecoming and was also involved with the City of Eunice pageants. But most of all she loved spending time with her family. She was a devoted wife, a loving mother, sister, grandmother and friend and will be missed dearly by all who knew and loved her. Her memory will live on in all who loved her, &nbsp;especially&nbsp; her loving husband of seventy two years, Allen Gus Miller, Sr of Eunice; her four wonderful children, Ann Cram and husband, Wayne of Mobile, AL, Darryl Miller and wife, Patti of Church Point, Craig Miller and wife, Becky and Kent Miller and wife, Debbie all of Eunice; her brother, Nelson Bergeron and wife, Raedonna of Baton Rouge; her sister, Vern Weeks and husband, Joe of Lafayette; the joys of her life her ten grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren; as well as extended family and friends.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:24px;"><span style="font-family:comic sans ms,arial;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; She is preceded in death by her son, Allen Gus Miller, Jr; her grandson, Cody Miller; her parents, Adeus and Ernestine LaCasse Bergeron and six siblings.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:24px;"><span style="font-family:comic sans ms,arial;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; At the request of the family, visitation will be held at Ardoin&rsquo;s Funeral Home in Eunice on Saturday, October 17th from 9:00 am until time of services.      EUNICE~It is with heavy hearts that the family of Virginia Miller announces her passing on Wednesday, October 14, 2020 at the Acadia Extended Care in Crowley at the age of 91. A Celebration of the life of Virginia will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, October 17, 2020 at Ardoin’s Funeral Home in Eunice. Burial will follow in the Mt. Calvary Cemetery with Deacon Gary Gaudin officiating.

     She was a homemaker and devoted her life to the care of her family. She enjoyed sewing, playing baseball with her children, decorating for the St. Ed’s homecoming and was also involved with the City of Eunice pageants. But most of all she loved spending time with her family. She was a devoted wife, a loving mother, sister, grandmother and friend and will be missed dearly by all who knew and loved her.
