Guadalupe Rodriguez, 94, of Brownsville, passed away on Tuesday, October 13, 2020, at her residence in Brownsville.

Guadalupe Rodriguez was born in Los Fresnos, TX to Guadalupe Gonzalez and Carlos Alvarez on January 15, 1926.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Carlos Alvarez and Guadalupe Gonzalez; husband, Jose Donato Rodriguez; children, Alfonso Garcia, and Nieves Rodriguez.

Guadalupe Rodriguez is survived by her children, Narcisa Rodriguez, Noe Rodriguez, and Alfredo (Juana) Rodriguez; sister, Francisca Reyes; 15 grandchildren, and numerous great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm with an evening service at 7:00 pm on Monday, October 19, 2020, at Garza Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral service will be held at 12:00 noon on Tuesday, October 20, 2020, at Garza Memorial Funeral Home. Committal will follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
