Jerry Winston Reese of Weatherford, Texas passed away October 12,2020 at home surrounded by his loving family. He was born to JN and Lorene Reese at Harris Hospital in Fort Worth, Texas on April 16, 1941. He was employed at Bell Helicopter as a machinist for over 30 years before retiring to Weatherford to become an active member of Northside Baptist Church. He enjoyed puttering in his garden and his shop, where he could design and build anything. He was proud of his planes and windmills. He was an important role model to all his children and grandchildren. Jerry always had a smile on his face and was loved by all. Besides his parents, Jerry was preceded in death by the loves of his life, Doris Graves and Mary Lott as well as his brother, Doyle and his sister, Nelda. He is survived by sons; Will Reese and wife Judy of Fort Worth, Jeff Reese and wife Barbie of Mabank and Tony Reese and wife Amaris of Weatherford; chosen children, Delana Lamb and husband Jeremy and Darren Reeves and wife Leslie; grandchildren, Colby Reese and wife Ashley, Landri Reese, Aryn Henderson, Tanner Reese, Alyssa Reese, Caydon Flores, Brittani Reeves, Ryne Reeves and husband Chris, Blaine Hubbard and wife Katie, Zach Hubbard, Ashlyn Hubbard, Saber, Jagger and Roman Lamb; great grandchildren, Riley and Rusty Reese. A funeral service will be held at 11am, Saturday, October 17, 2020 at North Side Baptist Church, 910 North Main St. Weatherford, Texas 76086 with Pastor Van N Houser officiating. Memorials may be made in memory of Jerry to North Side Baptist Church in Weatherford.
