Raul C. Trevino

<p>Raul (Roy) Trevi&ntilde;o was born in Sands, TX to Jose and Francisca Trevi&ntilde;o on January 28, 1955. He graduated from Odessa High and American Commercial College. He married Amelia Nu&ntilde;ez on August 23, 1975 at St. Joseph&rsquo;s in Odessa, TX. He worked as a salesman for Lewallen Supply for 33 years. He enjoyed and played all sports, and he was a true Dallas Cowboys fan. He looked forward to his Friday night poker games and playing golf with his friends. Roy enjoyed one last fishing trip to South Padre with family and friends. Most of all he loved his grandchildren and family. He was a member of St. Cecilia Catholic Church in Jal, NM.&nbsp; He was an active member of the community. He helped those that needed it at any time, day or night. He had the knowledge to help you with automotive and oilfield issues, or plumbing problems. He received several Volunteer of the Year awards from the Jal Chamber of Commerce. &nbsp;</p> <p>Roy is preceded in death by parents Jose and Francisca Trevi&ntilde;o, and his sister Mary Rayos.</p> <p>Roy is survived by wife, Amelia Trevi&ntilde;o; Children, Raul-Robert Trevi&ntilde;o, Antoinette Trevi&ntilde;o, and Eloydavid (wife Jessica) Trevi&ntilde;o; Brother, Rudy (wife, Margie) Trevi&ntilde;o, Sisters, Frances (husband, Juan) Salazar and Aleicia Trevi&ntilde;o; Grandchildren, Isabella and Dante Kohorst, and Lucas Trevi&ntilde;o. He leaves behind nephews, nieces, aunts, uncles, and many treasured friends.</p> <p>Pallbearers will be Jose Angel Nu&ntilde;ez, Ray Nu&ntilde;ez, Celso Nu&ntilde;ez, Eloy Nu&ntilde;ez, David Nu&ntilde;ez, Olivia Nu&ntilde;ez, Martha Balderas, Andrew Trevi&ntilde;o, and Rene Trevi&ntilde;o.</p> <p>The Trevi&ntilde;o and Nu&ntilde;ez Families appreciate the love and support shown by our extended family of Jal. Many thanks to all who traveled to be with us. We thank the Jal Clinic and everyone who helped through the years. Thank you for all the prayers sent and words of encouragement.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
