Vinceson Lorenzo Calhoun Sr. ("Bibby") was born July 29, 1957, to Lorenzo and Laura Calhoun in Temple, Texas. He stayed in Temple, attending elementary through high school and graduating from Temple High in 1975. Throughout his school days, he participated in various sports, shining more in baseball and football. He joined the Navy after graduation and received an honorable discharge. He lived in Midland, Texas. He married Susan Durham, in 1983. He was a member of the Church of Christ. He was employed with American Spincast upon his homecoming.
Survivors are his wife, Susan Durham Calhoun of Killeen, Texas; three sons, Damion Johnson of Temple, Texas, Aljerone Durham and Vinceson Calhoun Jr. both of Killeen, Texas; his mother, Laura Calhoun of Temple, Texas;
two sisters, Glenda Martinez and Janifer Moore, both of Temple, Texas; two brothers, Graylin Calhoun and Andre Calhoun, both of Temple, Texas; eleven grandchildren and one great-grandchild; and a host of relatives and friends.
