<p>Darla Fontenot, of Hot Springs Village, AR passed away on October 10, 2020 at age 57. She was born April 5, 1963 in&nbsp;Benton, AR to Gerald and Sarah Raper (Dunn).&nbsp;</p> <p>Darla&nbsp;graduated from Benton High School in 1981, and loved&nbsp;playing sports and spending time outdoors. On April 30, 2015&nbsp;she&nbsp;married the love of her life, Paul Fontenot,&nbsp;in Hot Springs. They shared five wonderful years together. She enjoyed being a homemaker and taking care of her pets whom she thought of them as her children.&nbsp;</p> <p>She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Clarence R. Raper and Ruth Raper (Burnett) and William R. Dunn and Thelma Dunn (Christian); and step-father Dane Qualls.</p> <p>Along with her parents and husband, she is survived by her son, Briar L. Jackson (Alexis); brother Roger D. Raper (Teresa); sister, Debora Raper Harlin (Randell), nieces; Sarah Potts, Sue Harlin and Lona Lewis (Kyle); nephew, Colton Raper (Brittany).</p>

Obituary

Darla Fontenot, of Hot Springs Village, AR passed away on October 10, 2020 at age 57. She was born April 5, 1963 in Benton, AR to Gerald and Sarah Raper (Dunn). 

Darla graduated from Benton High School in 1981, and loved playing sports and spending time outdoors. On April 30, 2015 she married the love of her life, Paul Fontenot, in Hot Springs. They shared five wonderful years together. She enjoyed being a homemaker and taking care of her pets whom she thought of them as her children. 

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Clarence R. Raper and Ruth Raper (Burnett) and William R. Dunn and Thelma Dunn (Christian); and step-father Dane Qualls.

Along with her parents and husband, she is survived by her son, Briar L. Jackson (Alexis); brother Roger D. Raper (Teresa); sister, Debora Raper Harlin (Randell), nieces; Sarah Potts, Sue Harlin and Lona Lewis (Kyle); nephew, Colton Raper (Brittany).
