Hampton, VA.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Interment with full military honors will be at Albert G. Horton Veterans Memorial Cemetery. Suffolk, VA.&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>It is the desire of the Carter family that you keep them in your thoughts and prayers.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>The family of Bishop Willie Carter has entrusted his final care to the staff of C.C. Bishop James Willie Carter, United States Air Force Retired Chief Master Sergeant and husband of Mrs. Dorothy Carter transitioned on Tuesday, October 13, 2020 at Mary Immaculate Hospital, in Newport News, Virginia

 

Bishop Carter will lie in state two hours prior to service, at New Hope Baptist Church.

 

Services for Bishop Willie Carter will be held 11:00a.m. Tuesday, October 20, 2020 at New Hope Hope Baptist Church 1415 Big Bethel Rd. Hampton, VA.

 

Interment with full military honors will be at Albert G. Horton Veterans Memorial Cemetery. Suffolk, VA.
