Harold Wade Forrester Obituary

Harold Wade Forrester, born August 24, 1962 in Orange, Texas, passed away on October 10, 2020 in Spring, Texas at the age of 58 years old. He is survived by his wife: Bernadette Forrester; son: James Wade Forrester; daughters: Hannah Forrester (husband David Miles), Leslie Evans (husband Ryan), Beth Norwood & Stefanie Teer; brothers: Rodney Kittner (wife Debra), Tony Forrester (wife Terressa); sisters: Colinda Foster & Dyona Phillips; 4 grandchildren; numerous other relatives & a host of friends. Harold is preceded in death by his parents: Marion Clement & Wendell Forrester; brother: Herschell Forrester. Harold was a hard worker from a very young age. He started out moving houses and went on to working in the seafood market at Steamboat Bill’s in Lake Charles. He later became a carpenter building some amazing homes. This is where he picked up the nickname “Rollercoaster”, showing up early & staying late to get the job done right. He also referred to himself as a craftsman, as he had made a multitude of bible boxes, furniture, canes & other items. People say in this world we are only passing through & this may be true, but the marks on everyone’s heart is our true tale to the life we lived. Harold made many friends along his journey & most will admire his hard work & memories forever. He could fill a room with laughter & most knew he’d never back down when he believed in something or someone. He lived; he loved & he was loved. Go rest easy "Rollercoaster". Your ride is finally over. Your memories will be our laughter & tears for many years to come. You will truly be missed.
