Cecelia Marie Tomalis, Bay City, MI, passed away peacefully into God's loving arms with her family by her side on October 12, 2020 at 6:25 p.m. Beloved wife of the late John Edward Tomalis. Loving mother of John Tomalis (Mary), Debi Wacker (Glenn), Diane Mauk (John), Melanie Lawrence (Jon), Daniel Tomalis, Ceil Tomalis and Melissa McDonald (the late Matt). Dear grandmother of Stephanie, Bryan and Andrew Wacker, Taylor and Holden Mauk, Danielle and Erika Lawrence, and Jack and Elizabeth McDonald.
