The passing of Etta Rhoda Hoyt of Minto, NB occurred on Saturday, October 10, 2020 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital. Etta was born in Midlands, NB on March 5, 1934 daughter of the late Frank and Carrie (McAllister) McLellan. Etta is survived by her loving husband of 67 years, Wellesley, Their children, Gordon (Mary Beth) and Lorelei; special daughters Marilyn and Karen; grandchildren, Juliano DiPaolo, Whitney (Dan) McNeill, Katrina Hoyt, Jermey Hoyt, Jonathon (Amanda) Hoyt, Maranda Pert-Hoyt, Nicholas (Ashley) Hoyt, James Hoyt, Jessica Hoyt; great- grandchildren, Denver, Ebby, Ava and Lily, Emily, Emmitt, Benjamin and Christina; brother, Wendell McLellan; sister, Marjorie Hunziker; many nieces, nephews and wonderful friends. Predeceased by her son Wendell in 2019; brothers, Morris and Rowan McLellan; sister Eileen Perry. A celebration of Etta’s life will be held from the Christian Community Church, Minto, NB on Thursday, October 15, 2020 at 1:00 pm with Pastor David Williston officiating. Interment will be made in the Full Gospel Pentecostal Cemetery following the service.
