Nellie Ann Inks
<p>Nellie Ann Inks, 71, of Salem, NE, passed away October 11, 2020 at Falls City, NE. She was born December 4, 1948 at Humboldt, NE to William and Leola (Kerr) Inks.</p> <p>Nellie Ann lived with her parents in the rural Pawnee City, NE area until moving to Salem in 1954. She attended rural Salem and Salem grade schools and graduated from Falls City High School in 1967. She worked as a bookkeeper and secretary for James Oil, Merz Farm Equipment and for Weaver and Merz Law Firm until retiring in 2017. She loved nature, the outdoors and livestock. She was a member of the Richardson County Humane Society.</p> <p>Nellie is survived by several cousins and special friends, Shiela and Doug Huppert and Madalyne and Eldon Vonderschmidt. She was preceded in death by her parents.</p> <p>Her funeral will be held on Wednesday, October 14, 2020 at 10:30 AM at Dorr and Clark Funeral Home with Pastor Tim Boatright officiating. Interment will be in Maple Cemetery at Salem.</p> <p>Viewing and open visitation will begin Tuesday afternoon.</p>Obituary
