Jean Lorraine Morash

Jean Lorraine Morash 66, of Simms Settlement, passed away on Saturday, October 10, 2020 in the Fisherman’s Memorial Hospital, Lunenburg. Born in Halifax, she was a daughter of the late Ronald and Vera (Stone) Ewing. Survived by her husband, Wilfred; sons, Scott (Amber), Simms Settlement; Jason (Nancy), Lakeside; grandchildren, Sammy, Matty, Mary, Cody and Hannah; brothers, Robert (Marie), Maitland; Donnie, Simms Settlement; David (Jeanette), Sackville; Douglas (Roxanne), Brighton, Ont.; Steve (Suzanne), Chester; Hilliard (Tammy), Middleton; sister, Margaret Covey, Ottawa. She was predeceased by brothers, Joseph, Walter, Gordie, Arthur; sisters, Lorraine, Betty, Grace and niece, Roberta. The family will receive visitors 4-7 p.m. Wednesday, October 14th in the Ronald A. Walker Funeral Home, Hubbards. A graveside service will be held 11 a.m. Thursday, October 15th in St. Johns Anglican Church Cemetery, Queensland. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, social distancing will be practiced, and masks are required. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to charity of choice.
