Maureen C. Percle, a native of Houma, LA and a resident of Thibodaux, LA passed away on Saturday, October 10, 2020 at the age of 66. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, October 15, 2020 at St. Joseph Co-Cathedral for 11:00 am, followed by interment at St. Joseph Cemetery in Thibodaux. She is survived by her loving husband of 19 years, Tommy Percle; children, Valerie J. Brown, Allison P. Chiasson (Eric), and Brandon Percle; 7 grandchildren; sister, Vicki Cunningham; her fur baby, Lulu the Cat; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Joyce Cunningham; maternal and paternal grandparents; brother, Craig Cunningham; and nieces, Cherise Percle and Shelley Cunningham. She was known for her humor, sarcastic wit, and her love and care for all animals, whether it was a stray cat or an alligator. She was the type that put others before her own needs, always had a meal prepared for her family, friends, and even a stranger, and spent most of her time outdoors in her garden and fishing.
