John "Jack" Seipel It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the passing of our beloved husband, father, grandfather and friend. Following a long battle with Lewy Body Dementia/Parkinsonism's Jack passed away comfortably at Hospice of the Valley, AZ surrounded by his family and loved ones on Thursday, October 8, 2020 at 9:35 pm at the age of 76 years old. His memory will be cherished by his wife of 51 years Elizabeth L. Deschaine Seipel; daughters Kristen (Jeff) Belsma of WI and Becky (Rick) Bennett of NY; son Barry Seipel (Martin Quevedo) of AZ, brother Michael (Sue) Seipel of CA and grandchildren Austin and Caden of NY. He will also be missed by many other relatives and lifelong friends. Predeceased by parents Norbert and Hilaria Seipel; Sister and Brother In Law Mary and Francis Krutzik. The family wishes to send a special thank you to the nurses, staff and caretakers who assisted and most importantly Hospice of the Valley who helped him find peace and comfort in his final days.
