Ewaniuk, Isadore

Isadore 'Isie" passed away peacefully at the age of 80 at RUH on October 2, 2020 with his family by his side. Isadore was born February 17, 1940 to Peter and Mary (Yuzik) in Cudworth, SK. Isadore is survived by his wife of 54 years, Margaret (nee Pawluk); daughter Tammy (Rob) Normand - Taylor, Nicole, and Marcus; son Chad (Tracey) Ewaniuk - Aliyah and Kira; son Ross (Rochelle) Ewaniuk – Avery; older brother Orest; mother-in-law Alice Pawluk; brother-in-law Ron (Nancy) Pawluk; sister-in-law Patti Kalyniuk; as well as many nieces and nephews. Isie was employed as the custodian supervisor at the University of Saskatchewan for 33 years and also farmed the family land before retiring. He always enjoyed gardening, yard work, watching sports, playing a good game of Kaiser (house rules), praying the rosary, making perogies with mom and fixing anything around the house. He served as a canter at St. George’s Ukrainian Catholic Cathedral. Isadore was predeceased by his parents Peter and Mary; and siblings Mike, Anne, Pauline, Marie and Joe. A Graveside Service was held at Woodlawn Cemetery in Saskatoon. Arrangements in care of Travis Minor – Mourning Glory Funeral Services (306) 978-5200.
