It is with broken hearts we the family announce the passing of Matilda Ann Nicholson on October 7, 2020 at Maple Hill Manor in New Waterford. Born April 17, 1940 she was a daughter of the late Clarence and Martha (Keyoe) Musgrave.

Mom was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother mother and aunt.

She survived by Daughters Margaret (Tom),and Juanita (Robert) and Sons David (Sandra), Herman (Charlene), Henry, Billy, Melvin and Joe; Sisters Sandra Rutherford Brother Billy Musgrave and special friends Joan Edwards and Hughie Buchanan. 

Besides her parents she was predeceased by son John, Grandson Joshua, Brothers Frank, Sonny, Jackie, Clearance and Sister Edith. A special Thank you to Maple Hill Manor Staff and management for their wonderful care of our mom. 

Cremation has taken place and a graveside service will be held at Forest Haven October 13,2020 at 2pm.
