Adolph Dupuis

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, October 15, 2020 at the Duhon Funeral Home Chapel in Rayne for Adolph Dupuis, 77, who died at 5:33 p.m. Wednesday, October 7, 2020 in Lafayette, LA. Robert Clayton of First Baptist church will conduct the service and the burial will follow in the Woodlawn cemetery. Visitation may be observed on Wednesday from 2:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. and Thursday from 8:00 a.m. until service time. The Rosary will be prayed at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday. Mr. Adolph was born, April 30, 1943 in Rayne, LA to the late Antoine and Lorena Cormier Dupuis. He was a rice farmer all of his life. He loved fishing with his children and grandchildren. He is survived by his daughter Donna Dupuis Dartez and her husband Edward of Crowley, LA; 5 sons, Tim Noel of Lafayette, Leroy Dupuis and his wife Mona of Crowley, Chris Dupuis and his wife Malessa of Egan, Malcolm Dupuis and his wife Kyla of Mermentau Cove and Tyson Dupuis and his fiancé Heather Smith of Crowley; a daughter-in-law Samantha Dupuis of Crowley; 23 grandchildren Monica, Hillary, Lance, Tyler, Paige, Faith, Casey, BJ, Samuel, Roni, Bridgette, Trevor, Alexis, Mallory, Peyton, Kylinn, McKenzie, Manson, Haley, Gannon, Melaina, Carleigh, Rylan and 29 great grandchildren and many loving nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife Marie Lavergne Dupuis; his son Jody Dupuis, Sr.; eight brothers and three sisters.
