It is with broken hearts that the family of the late Tonya Lori (Dicks) McKenna announces her tragic passing. Tonya passed away in Surrey, British Columbia on Tuesday, October 6th, 2020 at the age of 39 years. Tonya is predeceased by her grandparents - Maxwell & Edith Robinson and Woodrow & Olive Dicks and cousin - Robert Adams. Left with many loving memories is her husband - Stephen McKenna; precious son, her pride and joy - Jaxon McKenna; puppy - Dallas; parents - Barry & Janice Dicks; brother - Timmy Dicks; parents-in-law - Gary & Elaine McKenna; sister-in-law - Leanne Starkes (Corey); nieces - Hillary Starkes (Randal), Whitney Starkes (Peter) and Liberty Starkes (Noah); great-niece - Brooklyn Campbell as well as a large circle of extended family, her valued clients at My Dental Hygienist and innumerable friends. Public Visitation took place at Foster Funeral Home, 22 Main Street, Baie Verte, NL on Thursday, October 15th, 2020 from 3:00-8:00PM. Pastor Jamie Rowsell conducted a Private Family Funeral Service at Trinity Pentecostal Church, Baie Verte, NL on Friday, October 16th, 2020. Interment followed at Trinity Pentecostal Cemetery, Highway 410, Baie Verte, NL. We encourage extended family and friends to share condolences, memories and/or photos to Tonya's memorial wall, available on our website.
