Patricia Ann Dawsey

Memorial Services for Patricia Ann Dawsey, age 73, of Picayune, MS, who passed away Friday, October 2, 2020, will be held Monday, October 19, 2020 at 11:00 am at First United Methodist Church of Picayune. Visitation will be Monday, October 19, 2020 from 10:00 am until service time at First United Methodist Church of Picayune. Arrangements are under the direction of McDonald Funeral Home. Rev. Jarod Saucedo will officiate the service. A native of Quitman, MS, she was a retired Music Teacher with the Picayune School District. Pat previously worked Human Resources at Culligan Water, Chicago, IL, and also a bookkeeper for various businesses. She was also a minister's wife. Pat was a member of First United Methodist Church of Picayune and also the church pianist. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, sister, aunt, and friend who will be truly missed by all who knew and loved her. She was preceded in death by her parents, Arnold Love and Myrtle Weaver Love. Left to cherish her memory are her loving and devoted husband, Rev. Cleveland Reuben Dawsey, Jr.; her son, Matthew Holden Dawsey; her sister, Sarah Catherine (James) Graham; her step sister, Iris (Fred) Burns; and several nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the First United Methodist Church of Picayune and please designate to the Music Fund, 323 North Haugh Ave, Picayune, MS 39466, in memory of Pat.
