On Thursday, October 1, 2020 Douglas Ian McClain of Pincher Creek, Alberta passed away suddenly at the age of 60 years.

Doug was born in Pincher Creek, Alberta on November 12, 1959.

He is survived by his son Riley McClain; step children: Tanya Thomas, Tinna Scott, Trevor Filipuzzi and Cory Filipuzzi; as well as sister Corinne Cyr, brother Merle McClain and numerous nieces and nephews.

Doug was predeceased by his parents: Glen and Edna McClain; his brothers: Tommy and Darryl McClain; his sister Sherry Lynn Sinnott and his brother-in-law Maurice Cyr.

A Memorial Service will be held Thursday, October 8, 2020 at 1:30 P.M. at Robbie Burns Fishpond.

Due to covid restrictions total attendance including family is limited to 100 people.

Social distancing or masks are required.

Memorial donations may be made to the Alberta Heart and Stroke Foundation (100-119 14 Street NW Calgary, AB T2N 1Z6) in memory of Doug.
