<p>It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Jodi Lee Frank, born January 3rd, 1971, and died September 30th, 2020, at 49 years old, after complications from her second heart surgery.</p> <p>She is survived by her daughters Jennifer and Chelsea; mother, Debbie; stepfather, Stan; three brothers: Greg, James (Sandra) and Matthew (Sylvia); grandson, Chase; ex-husband Shayne as well as other relatives and friends.</p> <p>She was predeceased by her husband Greg Frank; father, Ron Semenchuk; paternal grandparents, Ann & Peter Semenchuk; maternal grandparents, Mary & Bert Filwok. </p> <p>Our family would like to extend a special thank you to Jodi's friend and guardian angel, Chuck. Jodi will be put to rest at Hazel Bluff Cemetery. If family and friends so desire, donations may be made to the Hope Mission, 9908-106 Ave. NW, Edmonton, AB T5H 0N6.
