Suzette Saunders Bond passed away on September 25th at her home in Picayune, Mississippi. Suzette was born on October 13th,1958 in Yazoo City, Mississippi. She was the beloved little princess to her father James Wesley Saunders - and the outspoken youngest of her angelic mother Jean Saunders. In her early years, Suzette was an honor roll student at Nicholson Elementary. It’s no secret that Suzette had always danced to the beat of her own drum. As a young child she loved drawing, shooting, and animals. Suzette went on to attend Picayune Memorial High School where she met her high school sweetheart Bobby Bond. It was love at first sight and the two were married May 24, 1975. After a decade struggling with infertility, in 1993 Suzette gave birth to her first daughter Brittany. In 1998, Suzette gave birth to her second daughter Brandi. From that point, Suzette was a full time mother to her own two daughters, as well as their many friends. She is preceded in death by her parents, James Wesley Saunders and Jean Hayden Saunders. Suzette Bond is survived by her loving husband, Bobby Bond of Picayune; her devoted children, Brittany Suzette Bond and Brandi Saunders Bond of Picayune; her siblings, Sandra Holland King (Campbell) of Florence, Alabama; and David S. Holland Jr. of Brookhaven; her brother in law and sister in law, Ronnie and Michele Bond of Picayune. The family requests that Cut Flowers be sent, the more colorful and creative, the better.
