Sterling Joseph Hebert, 66, a native of Choctaw, passed away surrounded by his family on Saturday, October 3, 2020. He was a retired drummer that played with many bands throughout the years, most notably with Different Strokes, LA Reign and the Breeze band. He also loved talking on CB radios. Visitation will be held Wednesday, October 7, 2020, at Thibodaux Funeral Home from 9:00 am until 11:00 am. The Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, October 7, 2020 at Thibodaux Funeral Home, at 11:00 am. Burial will take place in the St. Joseph Cemetery in Thibodaux. He is survived by his daughters, Dahlia Hebert and Melania Guidry; son, Stephen Hebert; grandchildren, Madison, Matthew Jr., Mason, Emily and Spencer; parents, Junior and Rose Ordoyne Hebert; sister, Marlene Boudreaux; nieces, Ashley, Sallie and Tiffany; great nephew, Carter.
