<p>Services for Frank Dalton Neugent, 75, will be held at 11:00 A.M. Friday, October 2, 2020 at the Lacy Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Weldon Branham officiating. Burial will follow at East Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5:00 P.M.- 7:00 P.M. Thursday, October 1, 2020 at Lacy Funeral Home, 1380 Harbin Drive Stephenville, TX 76401.</p> <p> Frank was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma on January 7, 1945 to Dalton and Florence (Crockett) Neugent. He married Connie Taylor on June 12, 1964, in Seagraves, Texas. Frank was baptized with his wife on June 11, 1964 by Don Lacy. They just celebrated their 56th wedding anniversary.</p> <p> Frank was a member of the North Main Church of Christ in Weatherford, Texas. He was an accomplished pipeline welder, traveling all over the United States. In 1999 he joined the 798 Union. Frank was always cracking jokes, making people smile and laugh. He was a generous, loving man and showed kindness to everyone he met. He collected coins, pocket knives, turquoise jewelry, and loved watching westerns. Frank was a wonderful provider for his family and will be greatly missed.</p> <p> Frank is survived by his wife, Connie Neugent; sons, James Dalton Neugent of Stephenville, Texas, and Alton Scott Neugent of Arkansas; grandchildren, Jeremy, Katie Burr, and husband Justin, Bradley, and Savanah; great grandchildren, Camryn Burr, Caden Burr and Rylee Neugent; siblings, Johnny Neugent, and wife, Mary, Vera Fought, and husband, Billy, Juanita Jordan, Sue Sidner, and husband Roger.</p> <p>Frank was preceded in death by his parents, one sister, and one brother.</p>Obituary
