<p style="text-align: justify;">Max Leroy VanSipe, 83, of Lachine passed away Tuesday, September 29, 2020 at MidMichigan Medical Center &ndash; Alpena.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">Max was born on September 18, 1937 in Lachine to the late Roy and Florence (Allen) VanSipe. He worked at Huron Portland Cement. On November 30, 1968, he married Almina Standen. She preceded him in death on March 26, 2003. He later married Mary Dickinson on April 12, 2008. Max was a member of Spratt United Methodist Church. He was an avid hunter, fisherman, and gardener. Max loved his family.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">Surviving are his wife, Mary; two stepsons, Richard (Karen) Wilson, Duane (Wanda) Wilson; 3 grandchildren, Jarred (Dana) Wilson, Karri Wilson, Lindsey Wilson; 2 great grandchildren, Noah, Aubrie Wilson; and sister, Verna (Sam) Grill.
