Bobby Lee York, 76, of Corsicana passed away on October 2, 2020. Bobby was born May 8, 1944 in Corsicana Texas to George and Gwnedolyn (Prickett) York. Bobby enjoyed camping, fishing and he also loved working on diesel engines but most of all he enjoyed spending time with family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents George and Gwnedoyln York; his wife Doris York; a daughter Cindi Rogers; a son Dewayne Rogers and a great-granddaughter Harliee Beldin. Bobby is survived by his children; Tammy York, Lance York, Gary Rogers, Vivian Lynn and Tommy Ovalle; grandchildren, Brandi Lamb Dines, Robert Hollaway, Keaton Dougay, Kymber York, Ashley Rogers, Jaden Hernandez, Forrest Manry, Nickie Lynn, James Lynn, Bailey Ovalle, Parker Ovalle; great-grandchildren Autumn, Skilar, Madison, Lance, Nirvana, Harliee, R.K, Myken, Kyla, Jurnee, Daelyn, Ev, Amira, Gavin, Remi A visitation for Bobby will be held Thursday, October 8, 2020 from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm at Corley Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 9, 2020 at 10:00 am at Corley Funeral Home in the chapel with Brother James Williams officiating. Pallbearers will be Billy York, Bradley York, Donald Lamb, Randy York, Robert Hollaway, and Sammy York. Bobby will be laid to rest at Hamilton Beeman Cemetery next to his wife Doris.
