<p>2 Timothy 4:7. I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. On September 29, 2020 our precious loved one Dorothy Ann (Miller) Green 77 of Brenton began her stroll down the Streets of Gold. Born July 8, 1943 in Brenton WV, she was the daughter of the late Roscoe(Big Bill) Miller and Ella Mae(Craig) Miller. Dorothy served as post master in Brenton for 27 year. She was a member of the Brenton Church of God where throughout the years she was a Sunday School teacher, member of the Ladies Ministry and church clerk, as well as an inspiration and mighty prayer warrior to those who lives she touched. She loved her family and church, reading and studying her bible, attending church, singing and spending time with her family. Dorothy loved to sew, embroidery, crochet and was an avid quilter and doing genealogy. She also enjoyed playing dress-up and having tea parties with her great-grand daughter Sydney. Those there to welcome her in addition to her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ her daddy and mommy were her son she lost. Sisters Dee Roscoe, Shirley Emery, Sharon Blankenship and brother David Miller. Father and Mother in law Willie and Sylvia Green. Nephew Jay Roscoe and niece Diane Roscoe. Those anxiously waiting to join her are the loves of her life her husband of 61 years Roy Green of Brenton, daughters Glenna (Jadan) Jennings of Wyco, WV, Cathy(Mike) Kodak of Pineville, WV. Her pride and joy her Grandchildren and great grandchildren Mayor Michael Kodak of Pineville WV, Chasidy(Brandon) Walter of Princeton WV, Marty and Caleb Jennings of Wyco WV, Luke Spencer, Sydney Kodak and Ava Walter. Brother Roscoe(Rita) Miller and sister Janine(James) Bass. Along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and loved ones.
