<p>It is with broken hearts that the family of the late THOMAS HENNEBURY of Lord’s Cove announces his passing. Thomas passed away at the Health Science Center in St. John’s on Wednesday, September 30th, 2020 at the age of 74 after a brief but courageous battle with cancer. Leaving to mourn with a lifetime of wonderful memories are his sisters, Muriel Cuza (Albert) of St. Lawrence, Mary Hemmens (Pete) of Ontario, Shirley Mayo (Gerald) of Green’s Harbour, and Kathy Hennebury (Steve) of Ontario; brothers, Hubert Hennebury (Joyce) of Lord’s Cove, Clyde Hennebury (Gail) of Lord’s Cove, and Freddy Hennebury of St. Lawrence. A friend to all, Tom also leaves a large circle of nieces, nephews, and friends. Tom will be fondly remembered and missed by his cabin friends and the residents of Lord’s Cove. Tom was predeceased by his parents, Vincent and Kathleen Hennebury; brothers, Vincent Jr, Marcel, Ray, and Howard Hennebury; sister, Frances Jackman; and special friend, Anastasia Turpin. </p><p><br></p><p>The Hennebury Family will accept visitors at St. Elizabeth’s Roman Catholic Church in Lord’s Cove. In order to maintain social distancing and to follow the public health advisory of COVID 19, a walk through visitation will take place on Thursday, October 1st beginning at 2:00 p.m.; and Friday, October 2nd all day. A maximum of 20 people at any one time permitted. Funeral mass will be held at St. Elizabeth’s Roman Catholic Church, Lord’s Cove on Saturday, October 3rd, 2020 at 2:30 p.m.</p><p><br></p><p>In Thomas’ memory donations may be made to St. Elizabeth’s Roman Catholic Cemetery Fund or flowers gratefully accepted.</p><p><br></p><p>Funeral arrangements entrusted to the care of Wiseman’s Funeral Homes – Marystown.</p><p>“Our Family Serving Your Family”</p><p>www.wisemansfh.ca</p>
