Grace Tijerina, age 92, passed away on Saturday, September 26, 2020 in San Antonio. Grace was born on September 2, 1928 in Eagle Pass, Texas, to Vicente and Beatrice Gonzalez. Graciela was a beloved sister, mother and friend. Her faith in God was an integral part of her life and she cherished her time in prayer. All who knew her were charmed by her gentleness, her strength, her little giggle and the light shining from her eyes. Gracie, or Aunt Gracie was and is a woman of great courage and her memory will live in our hearts forever. Grace Tijerina is survived by her sister, Dorie Harrison; children, Lynn Audrey, Peter Tijerina (Brandy) and Christina Tijerina; grandchildren, Justin (Angie), Jordan (Asuree) and Gracianna Tijerina; 8 great-grandchildren; nieces Dawn Warmuth and Darcel Harrison; close friends Olga Vidal and Brandon Arrwood.
