<p>Agnes Marie (Blascak) Wozniak, 79, passed away peacefully on September 26, 2020 at Baystate Medical Center, surrounded by her loving children.&nbsp; Agnes was born on November 8, 1940 in Westfield, daughter to the late Adelard Dumaine and Agnes (Goodrow) Bettinger.&nbsp; Agnes was raised and educated in Westfield, and was a life long resident.&nbsp; She worked for many years at Columbia Bike and later in the Westfield Public Schools in the school cafeteria.&nbsp; She loved her family the most and her &ldquo;Girls Night Out.&rdquo;&nbsp; She enjoyed many trips to Stoneington, CT to visit her twin sister Ann, tagsales, and also working on her yard,&nbsp; and going to Foxwoods with their daughters.&nbsp;.&nbsp; She is survived by her beloved children Gerald Blascak and Cheri Retchin and her husband Robert.&nbsp; She was the cherished &ldquo;Grammy&rdquo; to Jenette, Matthew, and Aaron, and great &ldquo;Grammy&rdquo; to Chyanne, Dakota and Bentley, and her brother John Dumaine, and her sister Ann.&nbsp; Agnes was predeceased by her husband Edward Wozniak, her twin sister Ann, and her brother Duke Jr.&nbsp; Calling hours for Agnes will be on Friday, October 2, 2020 from 10:00AM - 12:00PM.&nbsp; A Funeral Home service will follow at 12:00PM with a burial at St. Mary&rsquo;s Cemetery in Westfield.&nbsp; To express condolences to the family, please visit Agnes&rsquo;s tribute page at&nbsp;www.westfieldfuneralhome.com.</p>
