Gail Schmitz beloved wife of Matt Schmitz passed away surrounded by family September 23, 2020 at the age of 79.

She is survived by her husband Matt, daughter Kim, granddaughter Jumai (Tyler) and great grandson Eli.

Gail was born in Rosetown, SK October 29, 1940. She moved to Fort Macleod in 1958 and married Matt in 1963. Gail was a surgical nurse/LPN for the Fort Macleod hospital for many years, she later worked at the Walker Clinic and in admitting at the hospital until her retirement. No service will be held at this time.
