Services for Mary Gordon will be held at 1:00 p.m., Friday, October 2, 2020 in the Chapel of Hixson Brothers, Pineville with Dr. Joe Sharp officiating. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Memorial Park. The family request visitation be held at Hixson Brothers, Pineville Friday, October 2, 2020 from 9:00 a.m. until time of service at 1:00 pm. Mrs. Gordon, 96, of Tioga passed from this life, Saturday, September 26, 2020 at her residence. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Eugene Gordon; son, Milton Eugene Gordon; parents, Joe and Rachel Cooper Watson; brothers, Robert Watson, Tommy Watson, and Bill Watson; sisters, Maxine Maggio, Daisy Bordelon, Dorothy McMillian, Annie Bell Gallion and Agnes Thomas; grandsons, Donavan Gordon and Dusty Gordon. Those left to cherish her memory include her son, Jimmy Dean Gordon and wife, Kristin; daughters, Linda Simmons and husband, Donnie, Susie Jeansonne and husband, Kevin; daughter-in-law, Nancy Gordon; brother, Sam Watson; sister, Jeri Stevenson; 12 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; 9 great great grandchildren; Host of other family members and friends.
